During these difficult times resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic that is impacting all of us, we would like to provide you with an update to our current situation at Spa-Plus.
We are still in full operation on a daily basis, following the requirements set forth by our Dutch government, keeping our employees safe, maintaining strict hygiene rules and keeping the necessary 1.5 meters distance.
We are working together with all of our suppliers and our shipping partners to keep us well stocked and to deliver your orders as soon as we can. Please note, that the current rules apply to everyone in our supply chain and all of us are very busy during these challenging times. Therefore, it can take longer than usual for us to complete and ship your orders and also longer for your orders to reach you or your drop ship customers.
You can be assured that we are doing our utmost to continue to process all orders as quickly and efficiently as we can. We ask you to please bear with us if you are experiencing longer lead times than normal. We thank you for your understanding and support.
