Like many businesses in the spa industry, we are currently experiencing very high demand for all of our products.
This unprecedented demand is noticeable everywhere in the supply chain, including at the factories of our suppliers which are operating with limited capacity (often 50% or less) while their demand has doubled or grown even more than that. On top of that, these factories are faced with back logs from the weeks when these factories had to be closed as ordered by local governments.
On the transportation side there have been disruptions in container shipping at various ports, causing additional delays in the overall lead time.
As a result, it is very challenging for us to keep our warehouse stocked and maintain the standard inventory levels for all of our products. We currently have orders in progress with all of our suppliers which are either in production or already in transit to us and we want to assure you that we are doing all we can to order pro-actively and minimize lead times.
Please note that at this time, the stock on the website is not connected to our inventory system, so you may find that a product that you are ordering is currently not available. We have created pages for products that are temporarily unavailable and also for products that have been discontinued, which are being updated frequently.
