Incorrect installation may invalidate warranty.Returns can only be accepted if:
- The item has not been installed
- The item is still packed in the original packaging materials and packaging is unopened
- The Buyer contacts Spa-Plus to request permission to return the item within 1 week after receipt
- Spa-Plus provides written permission for the return
- The Buyer pays for the shipping fees
Spa-Plus will inspect the returned item to determine if it is still suitable for sale.
If the returned item is deemed suitable for sale, the Buyer will be credited after a restocking fee of 10% is assessed.
No refunds are given.
